Ingredients
250 g butter  (room temp)
130g  castor sugar
4         egg yolks
1 tsp  vanilla extract
180g  self raising flour
60g    milk
25g   cocoa powder
15g   Nutella
Meringue
4        egg whites
50g   castor sugar
Method
Preheat oven at 170C
Cream butter + sugar till light n fluffy
Add 2 yolks>beat>another 2 yolks beat
Add sifted flour 90g + cocoa powder + vanilla extract >mix
Add flour 90g + milk>mix then set aside
Beat egg whites till foamy>add sugar gradually >beat till almost stiff peak
Mix in 1/3 meringue into yolk batter>repeat next 1/3>pour yolk batter into balance meringue n fold with spatula
Pour into light greased 8″ round pan n baked at 150C for 45mins then lower temperature to 130C n baked at fan forced for 10 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Monitor oven after 30mins n adjust oven temperature n bake time accordingly cos every oven is different
When done, cool in pan for 5 mins>remove from pan n cool on cooling rack. Cut n serve after completely cooled
